Marcin Szuba takes charge of all maintenance duties at Orlando student housing complex

marcin.jpg(Orlando, Fla) December 23, 2016 - Collegiate Village Inn (CVI), a student housing complex near UCF Orlando, has appointed Marcin Szuba as its new maintenance supervisor.

CVI is located at 11850 University Blvd, just one block away from University of Central Florida. The student housing complex offers an on-site cafe, modern bistro-style food service and various convenient amenities for its residents.

Mr. Szuba has a significant background in maintenance and fiscal operations. His experience includes flipping several hundred houses during the housing boom and working in senior housing communities, namely Brookdale Senior Living. He is very structured and organized and is expected to bring a fiscal and organizational structure to the property.

“He is here to drive and organize a plan for us,” says Alyson Aldeen, property manager of CVI. “Between July and August we had 225 move-outs and move-ins. He is here to bring a high level of energy to the property. We have already seen a significant difference in the energy and morale of the staff.”

Mr. Szuba was born in Nice, France and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He describes himself as an adventure seeker. He will be in charge of any and all things maintenance at CVI.
