Lori Koogler is the director of property management for Demetree Real Estate Services, a diversified real estate organization focused on investment, development and real estate services. Demetree Real Estate Services provides portfolio and asset management, property management, leasing, tenant representation and research services for owners, investors and users of real estate in Florida.

Lori has over 25 years of experience in all phases of residential real estate, focusing mainly on profitably and NOI for third-party owners on the regional level in multi-family housing. She began her real estate career as a property manager on a 724 unit property in Nashville, TN. She went on to the regional manager level in Louisville, KY for over 10 years, with a portfolio which consisted of over 2,500 units, on 11 assets in 3 states for third-party owners. Lori brings a very strong knowledge of multi-family residential along with extensive experience in increasing profitability for third-party owners. Lori moved back to Nashville to expand her real estate credentials into high-volume investment sales and property management of such acquisitions.

Lori has achieved CAM designation, is a member of NAR and has held her real estate license for over 14 years.

Emily Scherer is a utility property manager for residential properties at Demetree Real Estate Services. She joined the team in October 2016 with 4 years of experience in real estate and residential property management.

Emily became a licensed real estate sales associate in November 2012 and began working for Watson Realty. At the same time, she began working for NR Investments and was quickly promoted from leasing to an assistant manager. A year later, she accepted a position with Elon Management where she worked for 2 years as a residential property manager.

Emily earned her Associates of Arts degree from Seminole State College and is looking forward to completing her Bachelor's degree in 2017. She is also hoping to further her education by becoming a CPM.

Chef John Tan joined the CVI team in April 2016 to assume managerial operations of Bistro 106. Chef Tan is responsible for overseeing Bistro 106’s daily menus, kitchen recipes, associate development and standard day-to-day kitchen and dining room operations. With over 35 years of experience in the restaurant business, Chef Tan brings a plethora of restaurant expertise from the executive chef level to CVI’s Bistro 106.

Chef Tan is a member of the American Culinary Federation, Baltimore Chef’s National Restaurant Association and a member of the world’s oldest international gastronomic society, Chaine des Rotisseurs. He is passionate in his mission to deliver a high-quality dining experience at an affordable price. At CVI, we’re extremely fortunate to have someone of Chef Tan’s executive level experience on staff.
